Indian tech giant, Infosys, has been a key technology partner for professional tennis for decades. But their products and services are still relatively unknown in the American sports arena. With newly signed brand ambassador, Rafael Nadal, we created a technological spectacle in the middle of Times Square during the biggest tennis event in the United States, the US Open.
The creative featured a 50ft tall Nadal training in a simulated environment; a metaphor for the power of the products and services from big data to cloud computing to AI that give Infosys’s clients the competitive edge no matter what challenges they face.
Rafa Nadal and Iga Świątek take centre court in a global campaign featuring imagery that showcases the evolution of both athletes. Rafael’s story spans his entire legendary career featuring five different iterations through the ages while Iga’s story showcases her ability to adapt her game within a single match.
A combination of traditional production techniques, redevelopment of wardrobe from years past, and proprietary AI facial image reconstruction helped create seamless evolutions.
